Lately I've somehow discovered this hairstyle, even though girls have been wearing it already for ages!  I could never really tell that I would look good/ acceptable with a ponytail made of half of my hair. One day I tried to leave the side parting I usually have and to pull my hair back on the sides instead of pulling it all back, leaving my hair with no parting, which definitely doesn't look good. So, leaving the parting and putting some hair into this little pony tail, leaving it a bit messy, letting some front strands frame my face, makes a hairstyle that I think finally looks cute and is comfortable to wear. My hair does not go into my face all the time and I don't feel like a child either. I like to put my pink sunglasses ( from Marks&Spencer) into my hair, because I think that it looks even nicer than without them, and sometimes the sun does even come out and sunglasses may be handy, right? Today I was so excited when I got up and saw that the sun was shining. The temperature was going up and up throughout the day and now my phone says 18 degrees, which is just amazing! I had to do the grocery shopping, since Eryk isn't home, bur first I went to the bank in town and also enjoyed the sunshine. On my way back I went to ASDA and bought so many things that I wasn't even sure whether I could carry so much and I surely looked like an idiot carrying around those three shopping bags, but well, it was food, right? Back home I unpacked everything and did the laundry, hung it outside and did the second part of the laundry while having a little picnic with Maya in the garden. I had some ice cream and orange juice and Maya was happy enough to run around the grass with no leash on! She was a very good girl and I didn't even need to run after her all the time. Then I put her back in her cage and started editing the Easter vlog, which is currently uploading to Youtube....

I've announced that I will show you a little bit of what I'm going to pack for my stay in Austria and Poland and of course, I won't be there for long so I decided to keep my luggage to the minimum because maybe I want to buy myself something and would prefer to keep some free space for new stuff. I've packed 2 festive dresses and my denim skirt. To pair with the skirt I picked one blouse and I will try and a crop top. To throw over the dresses I also put my Zara cardigan in. My jeans are still on the radiator but I am planning on wearing them and the chunky white jumper for the journey itself. I also packed two pairs of tights, some pairs of socks, underwear, all my make-up and jewellery. I still need to pack one pair of flats, my Fossil bag, the sweets for the kids and random bits and bobs that I will need to take but won't pack them yet. Sorry for the disgusting carpet. I used to write collective hauls at the end of every month because I thought I wouldn't have too many things to show and now I somehow prefer to show the things straight away after I buy them, just because they are new and I don't forget to talk about all the things I got over the last month. But again, lately I don't just walk into Boots and pick 5 things at once, but mostly buy just what I need at the moment really. And for this reason I decided to quickly share with you the things I got over the last two weeks, since I didn't update you about them yet. I have five things here and two of them are products I've already had. On Friday I went to M&S and saw this cute little box of soap roses and couldn't resist them. Today I woke up and it was raining nearly all day long. Eryk and I stayed at home and all we did was being lazy, eating snacks, playing with Maya, playing games and instagramming. In the afternoon I decided to cook something and all I did was just a tasty cheese and bacon pasta bake. It is such a simple, quick meal, but so tasty at the same time! My belly is still so full that I can't move too much. Now Eryk is at work for the next four hours and I will spend another lonely, lazy evening in front of the computer watching some series and eating crisps. At least I finally managed to revise some French earlier today because in 5 days I will have my first day of my French course and I thin it would be better if I'm going to be prepared well. Also, tomorrow I am going to revise some Spanish as this course starts in 4 days already. Oh dear, I will have four days of college a week and I will also need to work! Thank god the courses are only about 2 hours a day. Look at this cutie ...

Yesterday the weather was so lovely already after this long week of rainfall. But today the weather changed again and it was raining so heavily that going out is not a pleasure. On such days, when weather is changing, I am so tired that I just take some naps throughout the day.  I however did my make up and put on normal clothes, not clothes for staying at home on a lazy day, and I cleaned the bathroom, the living room and kitchen. Also our room and I was playing with baby Maya.  Actually, Eryk's sister Karina arrived yesterday and she is supposed to stay some days with us and she wanted to come over today but it was raining so heavily that she just couldn't get out of the house. And I didn't even want to open the window because the cold air was coming inside very fast and the rain was very loud, which already scared me. After cleaning up and having a short break I cooked some rice with vegetables for myself and Eryk and he was still hungry and wanted some sandwiches...

As I haven't done these kinds of posts in a longer time, I thought It'd be nice to show you what I take with me now to town, to the shop on a daily basis. I currently only use my newest bag., which is a leather satchel from FOSSIL. If you haven't seen the post about it, you can click here to see it now. As it is summer time and the sun is out most of the time I have my glasses from M&S with me. Also, I like to wear lipstick sometimes, so I have my Golden Rose Velvet Matte Nr. 12 lipstick packed. But on other days I just prefer lip balm, so I have my favourite one from Yves Rocher in Noix de Coco in my bag at any time. I take my phone everywhere with me even though I can't text or call anyone and I can only use WIFI just now. I should finally get a British number and maybe a new phone. Also, as I didn't want to carry around our big camera with me, I am happy that I bought this little Canon compact camera. It is really handy and fits perfect...

Alright, yesterday I showed you the beauty products I loved using in July. Today you'll see all the other things I've been totally obsessed with lately. As I've moved to Scotland recently, I first needed to find out what drinks, snacks and so on I'd like. When I went to ASDA, Sainsbury's, Co-Operative, Scotmid or TESCO there were always ALL kinds of Coca Cola, Pepsi, Fanta, Sprite and Irn Bru. All kinds of fizzy drinks. But there is no Nestea anywhere. No not-fizzy drinks apart from Orange juice and Apple juice. At least I haven't found any other yet, only the Innocent juices which I keep buying. In Vienna I also liked Emotion flavoured water and I could drink it every day (even though it's fizzy). And now I thought that maybe I could find some flavoured water here and this is what I found. Yesterday in the evening, after I uploaded my post, me and my house mates went for a walk in the nearby woods. It was a very warm evening and we enjoyed the fresh air. Later we went to the shop to buy something for dinner and we, the girls went to bed earlier, whereas the boys were watching movies downstairs until about 4 in the morning. I didn't feel too well at night so at about 3;30 I went outside and had a short walk around the neighbourhood. It was a really warm and calm night, which made me happy. I felt safe and better. Then Eryk brought me back home and we went to bed. However, I couldn't fall asleep until about 5. It already got lighter outside when I was still trying to fall asleep.
