Empty Products - Body

Image
After summing up the empty hair products, let's move over to the body stuff. There are again three subcategories and hopefully you'll find some helpful information. :) OTHER It's weird to start the post with the "other" products but I actually think that these two are the ones that might need more of a review than a shower gel. The first product I'll write about is the Sugar Crush Body Scrub by Soap and Glory and it is my absolute favourite! I can't even tell how much I loved this product and I remember when I got it, I was still in Scotland and then I was using it here in the old flat too and now in my new flat as well, so it really shows how much I used and loved it throughout this long time. I am a rather lazy person when it comes to skincare but since I have really dry skin all the time, I just need to use some scrub in the shower once in a few days to keep my skin looking somewhat similar to normal. This scrub has the most amazing, fresh ...

My Christmas Wishlist 2016

Image
The last week before Christmas just began and now it is really just around the corner. And if I'm honest, I still don't quite now what I'd like to get this year. However, I came up with a few ideas that would make great gifts for me, so let's have a look! 1. Moschino - Chic Petals perfume Before I first discovered this perfume, I was totally in love with Escada's Cherry in the air and when they discontinued it my heart pretty much broke. It took me some time to find another perfume that I'd like just as much, and it's the Chic petals perfume by Moschino. It smells very glamourous, though still pretty sweet, which I really like. I have already been asked SO many times what perfume I'm using and I am still surprised every time I hear that question. It is obviously not a regular drug store perfume, so it's a teeny tiny bit more pricey, however, it's very intense and lasts for ages! ( I got my last one in April and I will still have i...

My Favourite Body Lotions (Ziaja, Soap&Glory, Moschino & Garnier)

Image
Ok guys. Now that I started studying 20 minutes ago, it came to my mind that I didn't write a new blog post in two weeks ( though I filmed another video ), and that it is the perfect moment to do so now. So, now I'm sitting here, blogging instead of revising for my exams. Oh well. Summer is nearly over and even though I didn't get as tanned as I wanted to, I still was out in the sun a lot and after the summer months I feel like you can tell that your skin is a bit dry. Also, to keep your tan for a bit longer, a good idea is moisturising! So, this post is about my daily after-shower-routine really. I'll talk you through my four favourite body lotions and oils and I hope you'll already know some of them and agree with my opinion. Firstly, I wanted to mention the Ziaja Cocoa Butter body lotion that I've been using quite a while now. I love the minimalistic design of it. It's white, simple and it matches my bathroom well ( I never thought I would...

Waiting For Spring

Image
Hello everybody! After more than a week I am finally back again! I am really sorry for the lack of posts recently but I was focussing a bit more on a few videos that you can find over on my YT channel ( here !) Apart from that I started uni and wotking again, which means that now I am busy full-time pretty much. The only day I have off is Sunday- which is why I finally got to write a new post for you today. I am a bit stressed out these days because of all those busy days- I also didn't get to do my homework yet, which is due tomorrow ( or even tonight).  So right after finishing off this post I will try and do all of what I was supposed to do during the week. Today I wanted to write a bit about spring, and why I really want winter to be over already. I am a summer person- I need warm, sunny days to feel full of energy and to be happy. To feel a bit better I buy myself bouquets of fresh tulips because they are my favourite flowers and once they are available in...

My January Beauty Favourites

Image
The month is already nearly over and this means that it's time for the Beauty Favourites! I have them again in three different categories, so it's more organised. FACE The first product I want to show you is my Bioderma Sebium Global cream or also called the Intensive purifying care. This product has helped my skin immensely since I have very oily skin and therefore I have lots of stubborn blackheads that can't be removed even by using face scrubs ( which is very annoying!). So, I've been using this product every night after taking off my make-up and after some days I started seeing a change- my blackheads were almost gone and I didn't get as many spots as usual.  I am seriously impressed by this cream/serum, I just use a teeny tiny drop and spread it all over my T-zone usually, since that's the area that needs help. And it really works very well for me. What's good for you if you live in Austria- you can now get Bioderma products in sever...

Christmas Perfume Haul

Image
After being ill and laying in bed over the last few days, I finally feel good enough to blog again! I was considering filming a What I Got For Christmas video, but somehow I got ( and bought) pretty much because of a certain reason and I decided not to do it. Instead I wanted to show you some bits of my gifts, like perfume. Now, one was gifted to me, and with the money I received, I bought two other ones. ( Oops!) As you can guess, they are not the cheapest choices, but I thought that if I have three perfumes at once, it will take me a long time until I need to stock up again, right? From my dad I got the Moschino Chic Petals perfume from their Cheap&Chic range, and you may have already guessed that recently I've been a bit obsessed with Moschino, so once I saw this in a drugstore I fell in love and knew this was going to be my next perfume. So I got it for Christmas and am so happy! First, there is this super cute floral print at the top and this little crea...

My OOTD: Austrian National Holiday

It's National Holiday in Austria and my family and I went to town to see all the tanks, the soldiers and all of that stuff and it was really busy there. We were lucky this year though, because it was pretty warm! black loop scarf - Primark denim jacket - Levi's purple velvet skirt - Moschino black 80 den tights - Primark burgundy crossbody bag - Primark black cut-out boots - Polish local shop black corduroy button-up shirt - Versace floral wrap blouse - Miss Selfridge black crop top - Primark nail polish by Nails Inc. lipstick by Guerlain I wore a ponytail today - which is a rare look on me. Let me know if you like it or not! Hope you enjoyed this post, I definitely loved this outfit and the make-up too. We all had a great day out and I'm sad that uni starts tomorrow again. Also, please check out my latest vlog here ! -Olivia ~26.10.2015~

My OOTD: Statistics Skirt

Image
Today I had two lectures a uni but with a three hour-break in between, so we went to grab some lunch at Vapiano, which was just delicious! I decided to finally wear this skirt out, since I wasn't "brave" enough until now. I think it's really fun though and once I've adjusted the waist a bit ( everything seems to not fit me recently), I'll be wearing it more often I hope. This outfit was really comfy and I wasn't too cold thanks to the jumper, so I guess those clothes were a good choice for today's weather. Also, I forgot about those Vans and realised they had EXACTLY the same pattern/look as the skirt! So I had to risk it and go for this matching combo. I hope it didn't turn out too bad.   faux leather jacket - Pimkie white crochet jumper - H&M A-line skirt - Moschino (Cheap And Chic) leopard tote - FOSSIL tights - Primark red striped VANS Well, excuse the stain. It could also seem like I'm such a business/statisti...

My OOTD: Velvet Skirt And Leo-Bag

Image
It was pretty warm today and I decided not to wear tights and also to wear this skirt. I am absolutely in love with it because it just fits perfectly! It is made of 98% cotton and it is just so soft and velvety! It is also in a beautiful dark purple colour and has two pockets in the front but none in the back. I was thinking of doing this post another day but my dear Koko requested it so I had to do it now :D Those photos are not great because of the light, but you get an idea of the look :) dust pink blouse - H&M purple fitted skirt - Moschino leather ballet flats - Lasocki leopard tote - FOSSIL lipstick - AVON A cheeky selfie :)                                               Another selfie... As you can tell the skirt is pretty fitted and I often have a problem with high waisted skirts because I have a pretty slim waist. I g...
