Empty Products Of The Last Weeks

Image
This entry will actually be a long one, which I didn't really plan, but once I looked into the empties-bag, I got surprised by how many empty products I've collected lately. I'll just start, introducing the products in categories, since I think it's better this way. First- hair... I have 4 hair shampoos here, but two of them are the same ones but in different sizes. It is definitely my favourite shampoo, the Pantene Pro-V Smooth&Sleek. I've already mentioned it in other posts and I have to say that I've tried many different shampoos over the last year and this one is actually the only one that works on my hair! It cleans my hair well and doesn't make it sticky while washing. My hair looks pretty after washing and that's the important stuff. I have another one that I'm running out of but it's an enormous bottle compared to those two! Next I have the Garnier Ultra Doux shampoo I got in Poland since I've heard many good things ...

Empty Products | January

Lately I kind of didn't feel like it was already time for some new empties, but today I realised that there is quite a lot of stuff that I'd be happy to get rid of already,  so here's the entry about those products: Hair: I collected two hair products this time and one was cool, the other one was horrible. For some time now I've only used Tresemmé hair shampoos and tried out some that seemed to be good for my hair. This time I went for the shampoo which is said to be suitable for all hair types and was sure I couldn't do anything wrong with this one - wrong! I am pretty sure this shampoo contains no siliciones and that the problem is caused by that fact. Well, it smells very nice and it promises what I wanted. The consistency is not creamy unlike the other Tresemmé shampoos I've tried, but feels like jelly and is blueish transparent. While applying it to my hair it felt alright,  but once I tried to rinse it, it wouldn't come out of my hair at all....

Empty Products | October

The bag is full again and this means that it is time to get rid of all the empties finally. Here are the products we've emptied over the last weeks: Let's start with hair products. I got myself this TRESemme shampoo quite a long time ago. It is suitable for dry and dull hair as it is supposed to give you moisture, This is a 900 ml bottle, which is just awesome because I use lots of shampoo when I wash my hair.  I was mostly happy with this shampoo, but sometimes I just think that my hair doesn't feel too clean even if it is just freshly washed and just dried. Some days ago I bought a new bottle but one that is good for frizzy hair and once I've used that one I'll need to find something that would prevent my hair from getting greasy too quickly. But all in all I do recommend these shampoos and if they are on offer, you can get 900 ml for 2,50 pounds which is a TOTAL bargain! The Schwarzkopf Gliss Kur conditioner is something I've loved! I go...

Empty Products | September

Today I decided that it is about time again to show you the empties I've collected throughout the past weeks. There are not many of them, but still, there are a few worth showing I think. Let's start with two different washing products. First we have a beautiful 400ml bottle of the Garnier Ultimate Blends "The sleep restorer" shampoo. I've bought it some time ago and probably the best thing about this shampoo is the smell. Honestly, if you don't have this shampoo and you are not planning on getting it- don't smell it in shops!  Also, it looks very tempting and it says that it is good for dry and frizzy hair. Well, I don't necessary have dry hair because I just recently cut my dry and split ends. And my hair gets greasy too quickly in my opinion, so I'd probably need a shampoo that won't give me more moisture. But my hair is totally frizzy after it dries. No matter if I let it dry on its own or if I blow dry it. It always is frizz...

What's in my bag? - Every day in Scotland

Image
As I haven't done these kinds of posts in a longer time, I thought It'd be nice to show you what I take with me now to town, to the shop on a daily basis. I currently only use my newest bag., which is a leather satchel from FOSSIL. If you haven't seen the post about it, you can click here to see it now. As it is summer time and the sun is out most of the time I have my glasses from M&S with me. Also, I like to wear lipstick sometimes, so I have my Golden Rose Velvet Matte Nr. 12 lipstick packed. But on other days I just prefer lip balm, so I have my favourite one from Yves Rocher in Noix de Coco in my bag at any time. I take my phone everywhere with me even though I can't text or call anyone and I can only use WIFI just now. I should finally get a British number and maybe a new phone. Also, as I didn't want to carry around our big camera with me, I am happy that I bought this little Canon compact camera. It is really handy and fits perfect...

Last empties from my house!

Image
Good morning! Today Eryk called me at 6am when I was sleeping and then I woke up at about 8, got ready because I am meeting up with my Dani for the last time! :( We need to get something from town and then I will need to get ready for my graduation and I will be gone all day long. In the evening I will be on the coach to Poland and my holidays will finally begin! And for this reason I am uploading the blog post now! :) The famous empties bag is full again! These are the products that are empty now. As you can see, some of them are well known already. Again the head&shoulders shampoo, which I am going to use today for the last time! Not this one, but another bottle of course. Then I will be gone and I will be using a different one. Also an empty product this time is the Penaten baby oil. And I can tell you that it kind of saved my life lately. Because of all the stress and sun allergy my skin got SO dry, I swear, I have never seen this before. It was peeling of...

Good products under 10£

Image
Hello! Today I wanted to finish the short series of good products that don't cost too much and today I want to show you thing s you can get in the UK. Of course, these will be the things I managed to buy during my stays or that I got from my boyfriend and that fit into the price range. 1) Soap&Glory Foam call: This shower gel is so amazing! It is a bottle of 500ml and I have been using mine since Christmas, and there is still more than half of it left. The smell is so unusual and so good that I just love using it for this reason. It doesn't really foam up too much as you could expect from the name, but the smell is just fabulous. Also it is very handy with the little pump, which I also love when such products have them. Also, you need just a small amount of the gel to get clean and that's why I still have so much of it! You can get it in Boots for 6,50 £. If you want to buy it in Austria, it is only available in Douglas (as far as I have seen!) and it costs about ...

Beauty products storage

Image
Hello! Today I decided to show you how I store all my beauty things, or at least most of them. I don't have all of my thing in one place and I won't be trying to do this anymore as soon i will be packing for summer and packing for moving out, so there is no point in organising everything again. I already have a plan how I will store all these things when I move to Scotland, and of course, there will be an update of this entry! :) Alright, let's start with the bathroom, as here I store most of my things. These things are the ones I use on an everyday-basis. In these metal pots I have my lipsticks, lipglosses and also my mascaras, brushes, concealers and all the other things you can see. There is also my bronzer laying around loosely as I have no idea where to put it instead. In the other corner we have the liquids as you can see. My soap that I like to use, my peeling, perfume, hair conditioner, my Bioderma and my actual body lotion. In the first picture y...

February Collective Haul!

Image
Hello dear redaers! :) It's so sunny today, and it looks like it would be so hot but somehow it isn't :( But since I am staying home with my family anyways, this doesn't annoy me too much. I promised to show you what I bought this month and now I have finally time to do this, so here we go: So here are the things I bought, and the black cardigan that is shown below was bought some days ago. Here are some washing products, my favourite Carex soap that I've always used in Scotland, but could never find it in Vienna. I finally found it in Poland in Tesco and had to buy it! The Naturia peeling is actually available in every Polish drugstore, and as I've had them for a couple of years now, I needed a new one. And the Bioderma face wash was bought in a Polish pharmacy as my old one was nearly empty. The next two products are my Golden Rose black matte nail Polish I also bought in Poland in a shopping centre, and the Astor lipbalm that I actually bought her...
