Clarins Supra Volume Mascara & Instant Liner

Image
Thanks to Douglas Austria, some months ago I got a new mascara and eyeliner from Clarins to try out and I was really excited. Although I had a mascara and eyeliner that I really liked at that point, I still wanted to give this set a try. The first thing that has to be said about these two products is: how beautiful are they??? I absolutely love the black and gold combo of the packaging. It looks so luxurious and it definitely is pretty to keep on display. The mascara has a thin, non-silicone wand, which brushes through my lashes very easily, applying a perfect amount of mascara. The lashes don't clump, they really get beautifully separated, they are voluminous and definitely much longer. And even after using this mascara for a few weeks, the consistency is still amazing, it hasn't dried out yet and works very well on my lashes. The eyeliner was a little bit difficult to get used to, as I only use gel liner and felt tip liners have always been a nightmare for me, s...

My Christmas Make-Up

Image
Since Christmas is always very fancy in our house, I also make sure my outfit and make-up look pretty. And since I wear the same make-up every day, it's quite hard for me to go for something else ( mainly cause I suck at everything else that is not mascara and eyeliner). When I got my early Christmas gift from Eryk two years ago, which was the Urban Decay Naked On The Run palette, it made things a bit easier. My Christmas make-up this year will look like this: I think it is not overly different. It looks quite delicate, yet pretty enough to wear on a special day. I'll quickly talk you through all the products I've used, so you can recreate this look if you want, or get some of the products in case you liked them. Starting off with the base... My make-up base is always the same, except for the powder that I sometimes have to switch because of a tan or fading tan etc. First step is of course concealer. Back in the UK I always used the Collection c...

Mascara Tests and Reviews!

Image
Hello! Yesterday I was filming videos about eight mascaras that I own, just to see how they look like and how the application is and so on. So now that I have these videos, I can write a post with my mascara reviews! :) So let's start with a mascara from Dior, the Diorshow Waterproof. It has a beautiful design fromt he outside, a brush with normal hair, so not a plastic brush, and the brush is also very big. The colour is 090, which is black, and it contains 11,5 ml. This mascara makes my lashes longer with just one coat, which you can really see, but it doesn't curl them really, wich means that you can see the lashes more from the side, than from the front. And I am still waiting for a mascara that will actually keep my lashes up, because they are so heavy, that the won't stay curled, they always go flat after some seconds, even if I use the lash curler- no hope! The second mascara is from Clarins, the Wonder Perfect Mascara, in colour 01, which also is black. I...
