My OOTD: Summer Date Night

Image
As you may already know, I got some days off work and travelled to Poland to relax and I was really hoping for amazing weather, which only really was nice today. The other days were rather cool and windy, but still, this outfit was warm enough to go out in the evening. Eryk and I went to town, to a few shops, for a walk and for some dinner, which was tasty but we were so full after that, that I thought my belly would explode. Plus, I wore those heeled sandals and I was pretty sure I wouldn't be able to walk anymore. body-hugging denim dress - H&M Monochrome print cardigan - H&M crochet crop top - Stradivarius burgundy leather cross body bag - Vigneron black heeled sandals - Forever21 nail polish - Barry M ( Ballerina) lipstick - Golden Rose ( 14) black watch - Swatch Still, I really enjoyed this evening, walking around the city centre at a time when it's not busy anymore. We managed to take some blog shots, which made me very happy a...

Ziaja Body Lotion Review

Image
Hi again! A few weeks ago I already posted a photo on my Instagram ( which is here ), where I showed the 4 Ziaja body lotions I got to try and when I saw their generous packaging my first thought was: When will I use these all? But I was very happy about that because I got to find out which one is my favourite and which one I like using more on certain days etc. Thanks to the big choice I can also stay away from buying even more body lotions, which is great! ( I'm so into body lotions, it's crazy) The 3 bottles are 400ml each and they are from the Cocoa butter , Goat's milk and Natural Olive range.  The Coconut lotion comes in a 200ml packaging, so it's good for taking it on holidays or on a sleepover etc.  To give you an idea of these products I will quickly talk you through them. Let's start with the Olive range: It moisturises your skin thoroughly and leaves it silky soft and smooth. What is also great about it, is that it can even be use...

My OOTD: Park With My Friend

Image
Good morning! Yesterday I had French at Uni and afterwards I met up with my friend Nicole. We haven't seen eachother in ages and we decided it was time for a catch-up. First we went to Starbucks and since it wasn't cold and autumny outside, we went for tasty Refreshas instead of hot coffee. We sat there for quite a while, chatting away and it was just so nice! I really missed all of my girlfriends when I was away. Then we decided to go for a walk and we actually really walked far! We also had some tasty icecream and I think this might have been my last icecream of the year? (Well, real icecream) Once we came to "Burggarten", which is a pretty park in pretty much the centre of Vienna ( look it up online! :D ), we again sat down and enjoyed the sunshine and peace. When it started to get dark we went on to the city centre and also had a stroll around there, watching all the street musicians and looking at all the pretty shop windows. It was a really nice day. When I...

My OOTD And Little Goodies

Image
Today the weather was so pretty that I decided to finally wear a skirt again instead of jeans. So, this is what I wore and our cutie pie Maya modelled with me in our backyard. I went for quite a lot of make-up and at first I had a make-up disaster and wanted to cry but I somehow managed to fix it a bit. For my base I used my Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer, my Bourjois Healthy Balance powder, Urban Decay Naked on the Run bronzer and the blush too. I used my Maybelline gel liner and the Urban Decay Perversion mascara on  my eyes and my new AVON lipstick in the shade Wine With Everything, and I absolutely love it! It is a purple/burgundy shade and it is a bit glossy as well. My outfit consisted of my grey and white patterned crop sweater that I got from ASDA one day, my black skater skirt from H&M, some burgundy tights I got for Christmas, my Clarks leather loafers and my Jack Wills shopper bag. (+ my furry coat for outside) When I came home I got...

New Year's Eve 2014

Image
2014 has been a very big and busy year for me I'd say. In April, it was my 18th Birthday, In May, I had my written final exams at High School, In June, I had my oral final exams and my graduation, In July, I moved to Scotland to continue education, In December, I managed to see my family again after 5 months. And now this year is already coming to an end and I'm asking myself how 2015 will be. Is it going to be a better one or a worse one? We'll see, but now the only thing we can do is to wait and to celebrate. Eryk invited some friends over for tonight and we'll have a little home party. I don't know yet whether we'll be going somewhere else later or not. But I chose my outfit and I kept it simple but also a bit different than usual. I kept my make-up simple because I didn't really want to create a disaster in the end. I used my Rimmel Scandaleyes mascara ( the orange and black one), Barry M eyeliner above my upper eyelashes and my Bourjois R...

4 Christmas Eve Outfits | Christmas

Image
Someone suggested in the comments that I should do an outfit post, regarding ideas for Christmas days. Well, in Poland Christmas is a period of more than just a day, so all the family is always dressed pretty, so these re probably the outfits I will be wearing this year. Hope you enjoy them: This dress is so casual, but so pretty and elegant. It is kind of double layered, and the more it goes down, the slimmer it seems. It is navy, which occurs very often in my wardrobe. There is something about navy dresses, I don't know how I manage to do this but most of my dresses have at least a little bit of navy in their prints- it's crazy! If I look at all the shoes I have, these Mel flats match the dress perfectly. The dark heel are and the bows are made in the exact same colour like the dress. The dress is by the way from H&M and I got it already two years ago.  I would wear my hair in a high ponytail or just completely down, as the back of the dress is pretty simple and ...

My OOTD | Third of December

Image
It is already the third day of December, which is insane! I went to College today as usual and after that I also went for a moment to ASDA to get what we've run out of and I came home quite hungry and exhausted. While eating I was talking to my mum on Skype and now I'll just quickly show you today's outfit, which in my opinion is quite elegant and a bit festive. I wore everything in black, what I sometimes somehow enjoy doing. My transparent top with velvet flowers is from Dorothy Perkin s - I finally showed it in an outfit post! I really like it and I pair it with a nude cami top from Matalan , to cover up what should stay covered. I also wore my black skater skirt from H&M that I already bought ages ago, but still really like. And as it is not too warm, I also had some thick tights from Primark underneath. Plus, my fluffy cardigan from H&M, my fake fur as well from H&M and my Clarks boots. And as I went to college I also had my GABS bag with me. The ...

Lookbook- What I wore this week

Image
Today I spent again some hours at work and am already so tired, but I still managed to bake some muffins (which are just cooling down and waiting for their frosting to be done) and I also prepared a little lookbook for you. The pictures are not the greatest, because I'd love to take them outside, but it is dark already, so there was no chance for this to happen. I just took pictures of all the outfits I wore from Monday until Friday. I just left out the jackets, as I was wearing my fake fur jacket everyday. Monday: Polka Dot Shirt: New Look, Cardigan: H&M, Jeggings: Warehouse, Shoes: ASOS Tuesday: Dress: unknown, Tights: Gatta, Shoes: Reno Wednesday : Dress: Primark, Tights: Gatta, Shoes: Reno Thursday: Polka Dot Bodycon Dress: Primark, Tights: Gatta, Shoes: Reno Friday: Sweater: H&M, Jeggings: Warehouse, Boots: Clarks As you can see, I try to keep my outfits simple and I like wearing dresses a lot!...

Hot Day In Autumn

Image
I am so happy that I can still enjoy some really hot sunshine, just as today, and that it is not raining constantly yet. I also felt better this morning, mainly because my back seemed to have stopped being sore. I really hope that my muscles were sore because of having a cold, because a kidney infection would be one of the worst things to have to go through now. Eryk and I got up at 9 because he had to get ready for work and I couldn't fall asleep any more so I got myself ready, cleaned Maya's cage as usual, vacuumed our room and went to Scotmid to buy some ferret food and to top up my Ridacard. I then went back home for a while and left for College. I had Spanish today and to be honest, today this lesson drove me crazy. The problem is that we are split in two groups of different levels, but we are all in one classroom. Now one group is on the left side of the room and the other one is on the right side. However, two girls from my level needed to sit with the people from th...
