Strawberry muffins | Recipe

Ok, it's the wekend again, and as always I like to bake some tasty muffins for the family as we always have either cake or muffins at home. Today I went for strawberry muffins because my mum bought half a kilo of strawberries and it would be good to eat them until tomorrow.

So today I made 18 muffins, but the recipe is for 12.

-100 g soft butter
-150 g sugar
-1 tea spoon of baking powder
-1 tea spoon of vanilla sugar
-175 g flour
- a tiny bit of salt
-50 ml milk
-150 g strawberries
-some caramel biscuits (If you want)

Preheat your oven to 175°.
Start with chopping the strawberries in tiny bits, then you can put them aside for a bit.
Mix the sugar and eggs, add butter, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk. In the end also add the strawberries and stir gently. Before you put the dough into the muffin forms, break some biscuits into small pieces and put them on the ground. Then add the dough and put the muffins into the oven. Let them inside for 20 minutes, they will be a bit golden on the surface when they are ready.
Take them out, let them cool down and ENJOY!
