Baking Different Nutella-Muffins

Today we have kind of a weird day. It was sunny and warm when I brought Eryk to work before 2 pm and on my way home it started raining a bit and the sun stayed behind the clouds. It is still quite warm however so I was wearing leggings and my thin sweater outside.

As Eryk has an eight hour shift today I thought that I'd need to do many things so that the time will go by quickly. I also thought that it is pointless to cook dinner when Eryk will be back home late, but as I wanted something sweet I decided to bake muffins again. We have no strawberries left as I ate all of them last night and we had only Nutella in the cupboard and some chocolate so of course this was what I used.

Ingredients
-125 g soft butter
-100 g sugar
-3 eggs
-4 table spoons Nutella
-80 ml milk
-3 tea spoons baking powder
-some chocolate

Preheat your oven to 175 degrees before you start.

First, mix together the sugar and eggs. Add the soft butter afterwards.
Once you're done with that add Nutella.

The mixture will change its colour now and you can add the milk.

After that add the flour and baking powder.

Then you are done with mixing your ingredients and you can start filling your cases.

I put one spoon of dough into a case, then put a chocolate chunk on top of it and added some more dough.

I actually thought that I'll end up having only 10 muffins but it turned out that there are so many more.
Well, so once you're done with the cases put them into the oven for about 25 minutes.

While waiting take a selfie. At least that's what I did.

As you can see I made 29 muffins. Well, that's not what I expected, but that's definitely better!

You can even see the chocolate chunk that has melted a bit in the oven.
So tasty!

I hope you're going to use this recipe maybe one day because my muffins are tasty and I am glad I decided to bake some today. Now we have muffins for the next four days probably. Maybe one.
